The Folsom Bass Team started in 1988 as a group of Folsom prison guards who had a passion for bass fishing. In fact, the club meetings used to be held at the prison itself. Since its humble beginnings, the membership has grown, and we now have members of all ages and skill levels. FBT’s mission is to provide its members with opportunities to learn about bass fishing in our local area through monthly meetings and amateur tournaments. We emphasize the camaraderie and fun that comes from the sport of bass fishing.
